We are a non-profit chaplaincy dedicated to supporting the men and women who build, maintain, and power our world. We believe that your work has dignity, your skill is a gift, and no one should have to walk a difficult season alone.

What We Do

At Overtime Ministries Inc., we provide three core pillars of support:

     * Site Chaplaincy: We meet you where you are—on the job site, in the breakroom, or after the shift. Our chaplains offer confidential, non-judgmental support for the challenges that follow you home.

     * Trade Scholarships: We invest in the future of the industry. Through our scholarship fund, we provide tools, certifications, and financial assistance to help tradesmen and apprentices overcome obstacles and reach the next level.

     * Workplace Advocacy: We help workers and employers navigate faith in the workplace, ensuring that religious freedom and professional excellence go hand-in-hand.
